new class * Core & conditioning for moms

A specialized 8-week strength training program tailored towards moms at any stage of postpartum, moms to-be and those planning on getting pregnant. Jen draws on her training and experience in CrossFit, as a Postpartum fitness specialist, and as an active mom of 2 to train women through safe and effective programming, helping them to feel fit and energized again. The class will focus on re-building strength and functionality, improve pelvic floor health, teach alignment and breathing techniques, and will ultimately build overall strength and conditioning. Babies are welcome and may join in on the fun!

Date: April 2 - May 28 (no class May 21)

Time: Monday and Wednesday, 10am - 11am

Location: Frontier Performance, 933A 48th Ave SE, Calgary

Cost: $320 for the full session (16 classes), $175 for 8 classes, or $25/drop-in*

This option is a great starting point, especially if you are the self-motivated type.  You will be provided with a custom nutrition plan, tailored to your goals and lifestyle. The plan is then self-implemented. Includes:

  • Initial assessment and review of current eating habits and goals
  • A customized nutrition plan with food and habit recommendations
  • Sample recipes and implementation guide

healthy Moms Program

A specialized nutrition coaching and fitness program geared towards life post-partum. The program is designed to help you regain strength, functionality, and energy while also balancing life as a mom. Includes:

  • Nutrition coaching to aide with recovery and improve energy
  • A post-partum safe fitness program that can be completed at home with minimal equipment
  • Coaching support as needed
