This is my philosophy and how I approach coaching and most things in life. If it isn’t simple, something has to give. If it isn’t fun, it isn’t worth it. Every decision is in support of me living my most enjoyable life possible. My goal is to empower and motivate you to live your best life, especially when it comes to your relationship with food and fitness. I draw on my years of experience as a competitive athlete, being an active and working mom, and being a researcher to help distill the abundance of nutrition and fitness information into advice and tips that you can use.
