quick & easy Chicken Curry
Makes 4 (double recipe for 8. math)
1 cup of rice, cooked in the rice cooker
2 chicken breasts, cooked how you like - I use the pressure cooker
1 cauliflower, chopped and steamed
1 bunch of kale or spinach
1 can of curry sauce (I like KFI brand)
Mix it all together
