Candy Cane Peanut Butter Balls

A some-what healthy holiday treat

INGREDIENTS

1 cup quick oats

1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder

1/4 cup natural peanut butter

1/2 cup full fat coconut milk

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1 candy cane, crushed up

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix dry ingredients

Add Peanut Butter and Coconut milk

Roll into balls *add extra oats if too liquidy or more coconut milk if too dry

Melt chocolate chips in a separate bowl

Dip balls into chocolate and coat

Sprinkle candy cane pieces on top

Refrigerate
